   • Evacuation

   • Policy declarations page, summary of payouts, any rebuild estimates and personal property inventory they created

3. Personal property inventory

4. List of cherished items, family heirlooms

5. Personal statement

   • Day of the fire, evacuation, and how the fire has impacted you and your life

6. Any rebuild estimates for structures burned or destroyed

7. Description of landscape and/or trees

8. Out of pocket expenses post fire

   • Receipts, invoices, etc.

9. Time spent on fire recovery

10. Any appraisals of the burned home pre and post fire
